It was founded by a former custodian with the Halton District School Board, and it cleans carpet in homes and businesses by hot water extraction, seven days a week from 8am to 10pm by appointment.
Where the standard comes from
A school custodian keeps a building clean for hundreds of people a day, on a routine that does not bend, and answers for the parts nobody looks at until something is wrong. Years of that work for the Halton District School Board taught Klein's founder what clean actually means, and that it is built from habits rather than effort on the day. Carpet is where those habits show most: the entrances, the stairs and the traffic lanes.
