Klein's Carpet Cleaning, also known as Klein's Cleaning Services, is a carpet cleaning company based in Waterdown, Ontario, serving the Hamilton and Halton regions. It was founded by a former custodian with the Halton District School Board, and it cleans carpet in homes and businesses by hot water extraction, seven days a week from 8am to 10pm by appointment.

## Where the standard comes from

A school custodian keeps a building clean for hundreds of people a day, on a routine that does not bend, and answers for the parts nobody looks at until something is wrong. Years of that work for the [Halton District School Board](https://www.hdsb.ca/) taught Klein's founder what clean actually means, and that it is built from habits rather than effort on the day. Carpet is where those habits show most: the entrances, the stairs and the traffic lanes.

## Why carpet, and only carpet

Klein's started as a general cleaning company and now does one thing. Carpet rewards doing one thing well: the right pre-treatment for each kind of soil, the patience to do stairs by hand, and the honesty to say which marks will come out and which will not.

## What Klein's is aiming for

The goal for every client is simple: a carpet that looks and feels clean, and a room that feels calm to come back to. The founder's phrase for it is an old one: cleanliness is godliness. The business's Instagram puts its priorities in two words: God first. And the promise on its first website still stands: Sparkling clean, every time.

## From Klein's earlier general cleaning work

These two reviews are from before Klein's became a carpet-only company: an office and a church rectory. They are here for what they say about how the work is done, not as carpet reviews.
